The leaves and snow have fallen, the turkey has been consumed, and we look forward to the holiday season. I love the holidays for so many reasons, but most of all, it’s a time when I get to spend more time with my family and friends.
Senior picture orders are still coming in, but the work load is so much less than the busy senior picture season of late July to early October. It’s kind of like our agrarian era of yesteryear when farmers would put in the long, hard hours to bring in the harvest (just as the farmers of today still do). July to October is my “harvest” season and now my family and my customers get to reap the rewards of our labors.
Thank you to all my clients this year. I am thankful and honored that you entrusted me to capture this significant time in the life your child. It is a blessing to hear your praises and feedback when you receive your prints…that’s the greatest reward as senior photographer.
So thanks to Colorado Springs and all of the 719 area code (and those who came from the Denver metro area as well) for allowing me to do something I love…high school senior photography. I wish you all a merry Christmas, filled with the blessings of family, friends, food, fun, and (of course) Fotography.
With much gratitude,
Landon
